1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or submitting a scoping inquiry for security services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not submit requests or utilize our services.

2. Security Testing & Rules of Engagement

Offensive security audits and penetration testing are performed strictly under explicit, authorized scope definitions:

• Authorization: You explicitly verify that you own, operate, or have official authorization to request testing against all submitted IP addresses, domains, and application targets.
• Rules of Engagement (RoE): Active security assessment begins only after a dedicated RoE document and scope parameters are mutually confirmed.
• Out of Scope: Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, social engineering of client personnel, and physical security breach attempts are strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized in writing.

3. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full payment for audit engagements, clients receive non-exclusive ownership of the final PDF assessment reports, vulnerability findings, and custom reproduction Proof of Concepts (PoCs) provided for remediation purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

While audits are conducted meticulously using standard security methodologies (e.g., OWASP), security testing constitutes a point-in-time assessment. We do not guarantee that an audit will uncover 100% of potential vulnerabilities or prevent all future zero-day attacks.

5. Governing Law & Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site following published changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
